Our beginner-friendly classes provide children with a strong foundation in classical ballet while developing coordination, balance, flexibility, musicality, discipline, confidence, and artistic expression.
Whether your child is taking their very first dance class or looking to develop stronger ballet fundamentals, our program provides a positive and structured environment where children can learn, grow, and enjoy the art of dance.
What Your Child Will Learn
Our Ballet classes are designed around each child's age and stage of development. Students will work on:
- Classical ballet fundamentals and terminology
- Proper posture and body alignment
- Balance, coordination and flexibility
- Rhythm and musicality
- Barre and center-floor exercises
- Age-appropriate ballet technique and movement
- Confidence, discipline and classroom skills
- Creativity and artistic expression
- Progressive skills as students become ready for the next level
As the Alpha Ballet Program grows, students will also have opportunities to work toward performances and recitals.
