Summer Camp Guidelines Agreement
Reserving a spot requires a $50 deposit fee per week, per camper. Deposit is non refundable or
transferable.Deposit fees apply toward the total of weekly camp fee.*
Payment for a camp week is due weekly, the Friday before your camp week.*
Pick Ups: $1 per minute charge for late pick ups after scheduled pick up time.*
No credits, refunds, or make-ups are given for absences during camp.*
Cancellation
Email us at contact@alpharecreation.com to cancel your reservation.*
Cancellation must be received by the Thursday prior to your reserved week to avoid charges to your credit card.*
No credit or refund will be offered once the credit card on file is charged for the week of camp.*
Drop off/Pick up
Drop off will begin only at 8:20*
Drop off and Pickup only through the carline.*
What to bring
List of items needed: personal hand sanitizer, a sweater (no zippers), bandages, athletes tape for the bars, extra hair tights, extra pair of clothes (for younger children)*
No cell phones or electronics, no toys, no gum.*
Full day campers: lunch and two snacks, utensils, and 2 to 3 bottles of water.*
Half day campers: one snack and water*
What to wear
Leotards or t-shirt and shorts only.*
No head bows or jewelry.*
Long hair must be tied up.*
No sneakers - easy slip on shoes or crocs as shoes.*
No jeans, shorts, or sweaters that have a zipper and buttons.*
No leggings, no skirts, no shorts, no tutus, no leotards with tutus.*
